What You'll Do : Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and delivery personnel to help to deter unauthorized entry. Provide customer service by assisting individuals with inquiries and offering directions as needed while following site-specific protocols. Perform regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to observe and report any security-related concerns or irregularities. Respond calmly and quickly to incidents and critical situations, following established procedures and protocols. Document observations, occurrences, and security-related incidents thoroughly in reports for review by management. Assist with emergency response activities as required, supporting site evacuation and / or lockdown procedures. Follow all site-specific policies and Allied Universal guidelines to maintain a professional presence at the logistics and distribution location. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
