To complete our creative and dynamic team in Denver, we are seeking a :

Logistics Specialist (100%)

Starting date : as soon as possible

Your role :

This role will be responsible for all logistics operations at the Denver office, including order preparation, shipping, inventory management, and import / export compliance, requiring a high degree of initiatives and independence. The position reports directly to the Head of US Operations.

What you will own :

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer and partner orders for safe shipment
• Manage domestic and international shipments via FedEx and other carriers
• Handle import / export documentation and procedures in compliance with US regulations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock management
• Coordinate with the Swiss headquarters regarding shipments and stock levels
• Ensure cleanliness, order, and safety in the workspace and storage area
• Continuously improve processes and propose innovative solutions
• Manage shipments containing lithium batteries in compliance with IATA / DOT regulations
• Use ERP software (Odoo experience is a plus) for order processing and inventory updates
