We are seeking a talented Violence Prevention Caseworker to join our team of nearly 500 employees. Rise up Rochester is a nonprofit that empowers the community to establish and maintain a nonviolent culture. Rise Up Rochester provides assistance to individuals affected by crimes and their families. The role of the Violence Prevention Caseworker at Rise Up Rochester involves dedicated support for our clients. As a caseworker, you will focus on delivering comprehensive case management services aligned with the objectives outlined in the safety plan. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the fulfillment of clients' fundamental needs and maintaining regular communication to monitor the implementation of their safety plan, while also aiding them in progressing towards personal sustainability.

CCSI is partnering with Rise Up Rochester to hire a Violence Prevention Caseworker. This position is employed by CCSI and working on behalf of Rise Up Rochester .

In this role, you will

Casework Management :

• Conduct thorough assessments of individuals affected by violence to identify their unique needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized case plans to address immediate safety concerns and long-term well-being.
• Document consistently and accurately in records all contacts with clients.
