Primary Function

The Construction Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day field operations on high-voltage electrical installation projects from pre-construction through closeout. This includes oversight of safety, quality, schedule, cost, field personnel, material management, subcontractors, and client communication. • Coordinate material procurement to ensure timely delivery and availability.
  • Serve as the primary field contact for client communication and relationship management.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure required permits, approvals, and documentation are secured and maintained.
  • Review and provide approval for internal and external project reports and cost forecasts.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support and implement field design changes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support successful project delivery.

  • Experience with estimating, material management, scheduling, and subcontract execution, and cost tracking.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willing to travel up to 100% based on project assignments.
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to secure TWIC if required.
