Maintain a caseload of 8 counseling sessions per day and ensure proper documentation

Utilize brief, solution-focused interventions and facilitate referrals to long-term treatment as needed

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of clinical counseling experience

Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology

Independent clinical license required

Experience providing direct clinical services and solution-focused therapy

Knowledge of treatment issues and EAP services
