Job Title : Panel Builder

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Panel Builder to join our team. You will maintain a working knowledge of applicable electrical standards such as NEMA, NEC, UL, and IEC. This role requires the ability to work efficiently without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Wire panel devices according to provided electrical schematics.
• Route and bundle wires and cables neatly and according to established electrical standards.
• Check work to ensure error-free products.
• Keep red-lines of any changes required during manufacturing and submit them to the supervisor upon project completion.
• Maintain a neat, efficient, and safe workplace.
• Provide all necessary tools to perform the job function.

Work Environment

Work on a shop floor alongside other panel builders. Choose from a 1st shift from 6 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM or a 2nd shift from 3 : 30 PM to 12 : 30 AM with a shift differential

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Butler, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 / hr.
