Responsibilities

• Learn to safely and efficiently operate various pieces of converting equipment.
• Effectively learn and apply established quality control procedures.
• Execute position responsibilities as they pertain to the assigned work center.
• Read and follow order specification documents.
• Effectively work with co-workers and establish a team approach to achieve company goals and expectations.
• Successfully work in multiple areas of the converting plant and perform to expectations.

Work Environment

The facility is equipped with a gym and a large break room where food is available for purchase. The work environment includes a large facility with varying temperatures, equipped with advanced machinery. The position requires flexibility with hours, including occasional mandatory overtime on Fridays as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.30 - $24.30 / hr.
