This full-time, on-site position involves providing clerical and administrative support to field offices, primarily focusing on processing print and mail requests and updating claims with tracking information within a 24-hour turnaround time. This is a fully in-office position, requiring consistent attendance at the designated office location. Rainbow Rd, Las Vegas, NV Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (No weekends) Compensation: $18/hour – Performance Based Bonus Available Benefits: Begin on Day One How you'll make an impact Document Handling: Process print and mail requests via USPS/UPS, ensuring claims are updated with tracking information within 24 hours. Administrative Tasks: Perform filing, mail processing, document scanning, and preparation of letters and other documents. Support Field Offices: Provide clerical assistance to branch personnel. Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of mailed documents and tracking information, ensuring timely updates to claims systems. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in document handling and administrative processes. About You Required Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED. Experience: Minimum of one year of office work experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency in business software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.
