Job Title : Mailroom Processing Clerk

Location : Bloomington, MN

Pay Rate : $17.00 per hour

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM (occasional Saturdays based on workload, not mandatory)

About the Role :

We are currently hiring for a Mailroom Processing Clerk to support daily operations in a high-volume, document-focused environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a structured mailroom setting.

Daily Responsibilities in this Role :

• Receive and open incoming mail and documents, using slicers or manual methods
• Sort mail into appropriate categories based on type (e.g., auto recalls, complaints, payments, checks)
• Determine next steps : scanning, filing, or further processing per client requirements
• Perform accurate data entry for document tracking and processing
• Lift and move mailroom boxes (up to 30 lbs., 1-2 times per day)
• Follow established procedures and on-the-job training to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Work collaboratively with team members and maintain confidentiality of all documents handled

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
