Job Title: Mailroom Associate
Contract: Temporary to Perm
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Mailroom Associate. This role supports daily mail, copy, fax, and print operations at a professional office site.
Schedule & Pay:
•Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Pay rate: $18/hr - $19/hr
Responsibilities:
• Perform mail processing, copy, print, and fax services accurately and efficiently
• Operate printers, copiers, postage machines, and related office equipment
• Handle document workflow, cost recovery, and basic shipping/receiving tasks
• Assist with packing, labeling, sorting, and distributing incoming/outgoing mail
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year experience in a legal or corporate office environment preferred
• Copy/print and mailroom or production print experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to operate office equipment (copiers, printers, postage systems)
• Familiarity with shipping/receiving procedures preferred
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow detailed instructions
• Stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed for job duties
