Shinda is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator under the supervisor of the Property Manager who is responsibble for coordinating tenant maintenance requests while providing comprehensive pro-active service to tenants and owners.

Essential Role and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate tenant maintenance requests and unit turnover maintenance
• Use independent judgment to handle maintenance request and respond as appropriate.
• Utilize decision-making ability to problem solve and manage workflow efficiently.
• Prepare letters and other forms of written communications to tenants and owners.
• Manage recurring maintenance and billing.
• Process vendor status reports and billing associated with maintenance requests.
• Perform administrative duties in support of the Internal Operations Director.
• Create positive relationships with owners tenants vendors and co-workers.
• Receive the public and answer questions in person and by telephone; respond to inquiries from residents clients and others and refer when necessary to the appropriate person official or department
• Collect and process rent (if applicable)
• Compose type and edit correspondence reports memoranda and other material

Minimum Requirements :

SALARY RANGE : 40-45K ANNUAL (35 HOUR WORK WEEK)
