Stefanini is looking for Maintenance Technician for Davie FL locations (100% Onsite)

Shift Schedule : 1st shift (8am - 5pm would sometimes be required to come on a Saturday)

Essential Areas of Responsibility :

• Responsible for maintaining building facilities in excellent GMP conditions and performing job functions in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Responsible for maintaining work areas and performing job functions in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Record instructions.
• Maintain best service by managing contractors service contracts including but not limited to : pest control landscaping waste management uniforms facilities cleaning car fleet etc.
• Execute all preventive and corrective maintenance work orders.
• Close and file completed work orders on monthly basis.
• Liaison for problem solving with both management and service providers.
• Evaluates inventories and request material order to effectively carry out the departments function.

Core Essential skill sets :

1. Requires a high school diploma. (Minimum must have requirement)

2. Minimum of 5 years relevant progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

3. 3-year experience in facilities maintenance (light electrical HVAC water plumbing patch and paint mechanical repairs etc.)

4. Should have Basic maintenance experience simple repairs electronic repairs simple HVAC repairs.

5. Experience mentioned above is a must as the manager requires a person with good hands on experience.
