Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Assistance team member at Spring Hill Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, you will support our maintenance teams in various tasks, ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs that do not require a craftsperson's attention.
Conducting inspections and monitoring defects to ensure high standards and safety compliance.
Maintaining grounds of residential or commercial properties and responding to client requests.
Assisting skilled workers in complex maintenance tasks as needed.
