Essential Functions :
- Perform comprehensive PM's off hours on all perimeter induction heating / cooling units
- Create corrective work orders in Angus to document all required repairs needed on a given piece of equipment
- Perform and / or oversee the day-to-day efficient operation, maintenance and repair of all building and site systems for
assigned properties. Building systems include but are not limited to HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, energy

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is : $29.93 - $35.21
