Job Description
- Analyze weekly sales, inventory, and SKU productivity across DTC channels.
- Monitor market trends and sell-through to identify demand opportunities.
- Build clear reporting that highlights risks, opportunities, and assortment or inventory recommendations.
- Own the Personalization demand plan and align it with seasonal and commercial needs.
- Lead and maintain accuracy of the OTB tool.
- Present scenario planning that incorporates forecasts, inventory turn, and promotional impacts.
- Recommend seasonal and in-season stocking strategies across core, carryover, and new launches.
- Partner with Regional Merchants to support buy quantities, assortment strategies, and inventory decisions.
- Drive monthly planning results, including buy recommendations and speed.
- Participate in key business reviews with insights that shape strategic decisions.
- Identify process or system inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Support future planning tool enhancements and system transitions.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Planner, Personalization should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years in data analysis, reporting, or long-term planning (retail experience a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI or similar tools.
- Experience with forecasting tools and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for stakeholders.
- Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities.
