JOB SUMMARY:
This position reports directly to the Community Manager and assists with the supervision of all maintenance employees, groundskeepers and housekeepers. This position will be responsible for all building maintenance to include but not limited to: electrical; heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC); carpentry; plumbing, etc. to maintain buildings and equipment in safe condition, prevent degradation of property and systems, and prevent failures that would cause reduction in service. $500.00 signing bonus paid after three months. $1,500.00 retention bonus paid after six months.
