Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Coordinate with other departments to enhance patient care and facility operations.
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for nursing staff.
Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Arizona license.
Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience
