Job Description

Summary

Responsible for preparing journal entries, detailed reports, tax filings and accounting.

Essential Functions

• Assist with month end closing, including the preparation of month end journal entries
• Financial analysis and reporting on results of operations, trends, and projections
• Weekly Maintaining inventory and production control systems and related analysis/reporting
• Maintain Capital Project files and budgets for Henderson
• Nevada Sales & Use Tax Filing, Property and Personal Tax Filing and Public Utilities Commission Filing for TIMET - Henderson
• Cost Quoting and Annual Transfer Pricing Update
• Monthly reconciliation of physical Critical and Maintenance Spare and Capital Spare inventories
• Maintain Fixed Asset listings for Henderson
• Product cost development and activity rate loads into SAP
• Routine analysis of production cost performance measurements and preparation of related management reporting
• Preside over Henderson inventory and costing
• Assist with internal control compliance

Education and Experience

• Bachelors Degree – Accounting or Finance preferred but an Associates Degree in Finance/Accounting
• Strong systems skills – SAP background/expertise a plus
• Excellent computer skills, especially with spreadsheet software (i.e. Excel)
• Must be able to prioritize multiple requests
