Job Title
Conducting comprehensive analyses of organizational operations and processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and cost reduction
Reviewing and interpreting operational data to develop actionable recommendations that support process optimization and quality improvement
Preparing and presenting detailed analytical reports and strategic briefs to management, highlighting key findings and improvement initiatives
Collaborating closely with team members and cross-functional departments to implement streamlined processes and monitor the impact of changes
Supporting the ongoing development and refinement of standard operating procedures and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement
Requirements
Five or more years of experience in a management analyst role
One or more years of experience must be with communication systems, networks, or technologies
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Demonstrated ability to analyze organizational processes and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements aligned with DoD requirements
Proficient in applying quantitative and qualitative research methods to generate accurate, data-driven insights and metrics
Skilled in compiling detailed analytical reports, developing briefs, and communicating findings to support strategic decision-making
Possess an active DoD Secret security clearance
Desired Skills
Familiarity with advanced data analysis and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or similar software) to enhance reporting efficiency
Proven experience in process improvement methodologies and change management initiatives to drive organizational efficiency
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster effective collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups
