IT Systems Management Analyst

Company Overview

Glint Tech Solutions is a women-owned global staffing and IT recruiting firm connecting top technical talent with leading enterprise clients across the United States.

Project Description

Our client, a leading enterprise organization in the healthcare sector, is seeking an experienced IT Systems Management Analyst to provide operational support across a complex infrastructure and security environment in Las Vegas, NV. The role ensures stability, compliance, and availability across Active Directory, endpoint security, virtualization, storage, and Citrix/VDI platforms. In addition to day-to-day operational responsibilities, this position plays an active role in data center lifecycle activities — including infrastructure decommissioning, workload migrations, and direct on-site support at clinic and data center locations throughout the Las Vegas area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute vulnerability remediation and coordinate server and endpoint patching activities across the enterprise environment
  • Administer and harden Active Directory environments, including implementation and enforcement of Tier 0/1 security controls
  • Monitor and support endpoint security platforms to maintain compliance and threat readiness
  • Administer, troubleshoot, and optimize Citrix and VDI environments
  • Support VMware virtualization infrastructure and NetApp storage systems
  • Execute and document change management activities in alignment with structured compliance processes
  • Provide hands-on data center support including hardware validation, physical infrastructure troubleshooting, and asset removal
  • Lead and assist with data center decommissioning initiatives and workload migration projects including testing and validation
  • Provide on-site clinic support where physical access to systems is required
  • Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot to enhance productivity, documentation, and operational efficiency

Mandatory Skills

  • Solid background in Infrastructure Engineering supporting enterprise environments
  • Experience in Vulnerability Remediation and Security Operations
  • Active Directory administration and security hardening expertise
  • Endpoint Security platform experience
  • VMware virtualization administration and support
  • NetApp or enterprise storage platform administration, including ONTAP
  • Citrix or VDI environment support experience
  • Proficiency in PowerShell or equivalent scripting technologies
  • Hands-on data center operations experience including physical infrastructure and hardware management
  • Experience with structured change management and compliance processes
  • Experience with data center decommissioning and infrastructure migration projects
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools experience
  • Familiarity with security assessment tools such as BloodHound
  • Experience supporting audit processes including compliance documentation and evidence collection
  • Strong technical documentation and knowledge transfer skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise AI tools and consistent adoption in daily operations
  • Experience in healthcare or similarly regulated industries
