Help us grow as our next Waste Management Helper, where you will support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, and coordinate with other departments when needed. Additional duties include follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, learn company products and services to better assist others, work with supervisors to meet daily goals, adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, as well as manage simple records and enter information accurately, assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, help organize and maintain a tidy workspace. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
