About the Role:
As a Property Management Supervisor at CBRE, you'll be at the helm of a dynamic team overseeing the operational and financial activities of a selected property or a small portfolio of properties. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful property management on behalf of our esteemed clients.
What You'll Do:

Provide mentorship and leadership to your team, including training, performance evaluations, and recruitment for new hires.

Oversee day-to-day property management for a portfolio that includes Industrial and Office properties.

Utilize Yardi, Excel, and Kardin software to prepare and review annual operating expense reconciliations.

Coordinate daily activities for your team, establish schedules, assign tasks, and facilitate cross-training.

Address and resolve escalated tenant issues to ensure satisfaction and smooth operations.

Act as the primary liaison with property owners and prepare clear and comprehensive reports on property performance.

Develop and manage annual budgets for both operating and capital expenses, forecasting management plans and explaining variances in monthly reports.

Assist in creating emergency recovery programs for the property.

Prepare necessary legal notices for review and approval.

Ensure timely collection of tenant rent and common area maintenance recovery charges.

Lead by example, embodying CBRE's RISE values while fostering collaboration among all stakeholders.

Utilize your expertise to integrate with other departments, contributing towards team objectives.

Troubleshoot and resolve daily operational issues, identifying areas for process improvements.
What You'll Need:
-
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial property management; equivalent experience will also be considered.

Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, and Kardin software systems is highly desired.

Effective communication skills for conveying complex information and expectations and resolving issues.

Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team, enhancing quality and efficiency of operations.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, inquisitive approach.

Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
