Skill Set:
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Previous experience at a consulting firm is a plus.
  • Change Management exposure/experience
Overview:
  • Provides support for the development and the delivery of organizational change management plans for a variety of change initiatives, focusing on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
  • Supports change management capability-building within the Bankwide Transformation team.
