The Role

The VP is responsible for engaging our stakeholders to align on clear, actionable product strategy and priorities to deliver optimal results for customers and our business. This role will be accountable for driving and facilitating the planning process to provide focus and alignment on critical strategies to delight our customers. In addition to, aggressively identifying opportunities for improvement, and incorporate new product features on an ongoing basis.

The Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership and product teams to lead product design and delivery

• Span of control includes - Product Management, User Experience, Documentation, and Release Management

• Effectively collaborate with sales, marketing, services, operations and engineering teams to develop requirements, prioritize enhancements, translate into PRDs and drive projects to completion

• Evangelize the product vision through innovation and delivery

• Define, track and improve key product metrics

• Solid understanding of Cloud technology and translate it into business outcome

• Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans

What We Look For in a Candidate

Required

• 10 + years of extensive product management leadership experience developing, building, and launching web-based business applications

• Experience with IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, UCaaS and XaaS productization

• Hands-on experience with Agile Development, DevOps and Continuous Delivery

• Proven track record of delivering successful products in the Public/Private cloud and virtualization space through a blend of technical, creative, business and marketing skills

• Experience managing multiple feature teams/scrum teams simultaneously

• Communication, leadership, team building, and people management skills that your employees appreciate and competitors envy

• Versatile team player with demonstrated strong capabilities in communication - both oral and written - and presentation skills for all levels of audience

• Ability to prioritize among competing opportunities, balance customer needs with business priorities, and articulate the rationale behind decisions

• Bachelor's degree

Preferred

• MBA or CS degree a plus

• Experience in product design or engineering background a plus

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$176,400 - $235,200 in all states.
