Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Manages activities within the SOX second line, has responsibility for the development and measurement of group goals and performance.
- Accountable for business partner, and internal / external auditor satisfaction on programs, products, and employees.
- Collaborate with the Corporate G&A teams to resolve highly complex issues, where resolution requires deep understanding of organizational objectives and cross functional processes.
- Effectively organize and manage multiple assignments with challenging timelines. Including a fast paced year round SOX IT schedule, with an accelerated close timeframe.
- Determine how to use resources to meet schedules and goals, managing employees from multiple disciplines.
- Work with third party vendors, contractors, and auditors as needed for major projects and periodic deliverables, maintain oversight on all project related expenses and budget
- Help maintain the work backlog, define and prioritize IT application objectives within the SOX IT area.
- Demonstrable ability to make decisions and collaborate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate strong leadership characteristics within the group and broader IT organization. Manage, coach, and mentor other individual contributors on technologies and business processes.
- Leverage SOX expertise and experience to navigate questions from both our audit partners and internal stakeholders. Closely monitor first and second line inquiries throughout the fiscal year.
- Serve as spokesperson to senior management for specialized programs and projects. Includes periodic SOX updates to executive leadership and Audit committee members.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $144,000 to $198,000. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors. This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
