Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and implement effective social media and website strategies.
  • Collaborate with partner marketing firms on significant projects to achieve business goals.
  • Oversee the product portfolio to optimize profitability throughout its lifecycle.
  • Innovate solutions to enhance product performance and address existing challenges.
  • Work closely with the sales team to capitalize on product and market opportunities.
  • Apply project management skills to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness and ROI of marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate preparation for trade shows and actively participate to boost brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of comprehensive marketing experience.
  • Preferably experienced in industries such as plastics, consumer products, or medical products.
  • Demonstrated sales and marketing acumen.
  • Proficient in branding, social media, and e-commerce strategies.
  • Proven experience in analyzing marketing campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with marketing communications and trade show participation.
