Our Legal-Litigation department is currently seeking a managing attorney for our Dallas Staff counsel litigation office to cover the Dallas Metropolitan territory.

The pay range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000 annually. Pay is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Be ready to:

• represent the company and its policyholders in litigation in a territory covering the Dallas Metropolitan territory
• maintain a diverse caseload that includes both commercial and insurance litigation
• manage a staff counsel legal office of attorneys and support staff

Be equipped with:

• Texas law license
• minimum 10-years' experience as a civil litigation attorney, including jury trial experience
• experience in insurance defense litigation, including defending individuals, businesses and contractors in personal and commercial insurance cases
• desire to manage and grow a small legal office of litigation attorneys and support staff
• management experience preferred
