Job Details Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion: Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, finance or finance related, master's degree is preferred; More than 10 years of work experience, more than 5 years of overseas financing experience of listed companies, there are 2-3 large project financing landing cases and undertake the main financing work Demonstrated hands-on experience leading major financing transactions—including both debt and equity—for publicly listed or multinational companies. Proven track record with U.S.-based equity raises (Series B–D, IPO, or secondary offerings), including a documented investor network. Ability to translate financial strategy into actionable business growth, with advanced skills in financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with investors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
