Job Details The ideal candidate for the Permanent Business Litigation Partner position will possess the following qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the State Bar. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in business litigation, with a focus on class action lawsuits and insurance coverage disputes. 4. Exceptional legal writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents. 5. Proven track record of successfully managing complex commercial litigation cases. 6. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve disputes in a favorable and efficient manner. 7. Excellent leadership and mentoring skills. 8.
