Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Tester/BA in Miami Lakes, FL.Overview:The person in this position will work on cross-functional projects to drive impactful change. Projects vary greatly in scope and complexity requiring the employee to perform various functions from defining requirements, troubleshooting, test development and execution to project management. The position responsibilities will require the employee to become a subject matter expert in all billing options, to effectively support the operation and projects, and ensure we continue to provide seamless experiences for our customers.Additional tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for the application testing process for internal and external applications; This includes end-to-end user acceptance testing; Ability to execute test scripts, report defects accurately and thoroughly, and retest efficiently
• Collaborate with IT and other business units to solve real time technical issues and conduct root cause analysis
• Ensure all processes are well documented
• Build strong working understanding of the technical solution being delivered and analyze and determine failure points in the solution
• Responsible for comprehensive end-to-end user acceptance testing for BPO applications and processes related to the XD project

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience required
• Exposure to Agile program development methodology
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Consistent follow-through
• Ability to multitask
• SAP knowledge preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
