Scope:
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for leading all quality, compliance, and product
safety activities at the manufacturing site. This role serves as the site representative for
certifications and audits, ensures compliance with regulatory and customer requirements, and
drives continuous improvement across the quality management system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as site representative and manager for ISO, Halal, Kosher, EFfCI,
  and COSMOS certifications
• Maintain and continuously improve the site Quality Management System (QMS)
• Manage Management of Change (MOC), SOPs, document control, and record retention
• Lead investigations and resolution of complaints, deviations, and CAPAs
• Plan and conduct internal audits and manage third-party supplier audits
• Facilitate and host all customer and certification audits
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and product safety requirements
• Train employees on ISO standards, regulatory updates, and quality procedures
• Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally to embed quality and compliance into site operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in quality, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field. Equivalent experience
  may be considered
• 5+ years of QA experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and certification auditStrong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with Halal, Kosher, EFfCI, COSMOS, or GMP preferred
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, sit and walk for extended periods
• Ability to safe work in a lab environment, ability to wear required PPE
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
