Are you a battle-tested manufacturing leader who thrives in high-pressure, continuous operations? We are partnering with a local leader in the door manufacturing industry to find a Production Supervisor for their state-of-the-art facility.

This isn't a "sit-behind-a-desk" job. We need a hands-on leader for a complex, 24/7 MDF/HDF molding operation who can balance technical precision with true people leadership.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of manufacturing leadership experience. You understand the grit required for a 24/7 operation and aren't intimidated by a rotating schedule. If you have a background in MDF/HDF operations or Lean Manufacturing, you're at the top of our list. Pay Rate is $65,000/year with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Enforce workplace safety for the hourly workforce in a 24/7 industrial environment.
• Supervise the full production cycle, including refining, drying, and multi-opening press operations.
• Lead and mentor an hourly team to achieve facility objectives in a non-union environment.
• Monitor quality control standards to ensure all molded door skins meet customer specs.
• Drive daily production targets for delivery, cost-competitiveness, and efficiency.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities on the shop floor.
• Execute seamless shift rotations, managing a 6-week "day-to-night" continental schedule.
• Develop and enforce operational procedures (SOPs) to maintain process consistency.
• Liaise with cross-functional managers to align shift performance with company goals.
• Report production findings and KPIs directly to senior management and ownership.

The essential functions of this role include:
