Manufacturing Engineer
A well-established manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. This company is a market leader known for its commitment to both customers and employees, offering strong benefits, a collaborative environment, and long-term growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain engineering SOPs using best practices
-
Participate in quality assurance and design reviews
-
Evaluate and approve drawings, routings, specifications, and related documentation
-
Design and procure tools, fixtures, and equipment
-
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
-
Lead training for assemblers to improve processes and support new process implementation
-
Support prototype builds using concurrent engineering methods
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field)
-
3–5 years of relevant experience
-
Strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
-
MRP systems experience preferred
-
Background in metal fabrication, welding, and coating applications is a plus
