• Be a Safety Champion : Lead with a safety-first mindset, ensuring all projects and tasks meet our rigorous safety standards.
• Drive Innovation : From the ground up, design and refine manufacturing processes for exciting new projects. Get hands-on with equipment procurement, tooling, and coordination to set the stage for groundbreaking products.
• Boost Efficiency & Quality : Implement cost-saving measures and quality enhancements that make a real difference. Embrace new technologies, automation, and lean practices to elevate our operational excellence.
• Solve Problems Creatively : Tackle technical challenges on the shop floor with savvy and resourcefulness. Work closely with our Quality Department to root out issues and deploy effective solutions.
• Collaborate and Influence : Work across a spectrum of departments like Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure a cohesive and proactive manufacturing environment.
• Document & Standardize : Develop and maintain critical manufacturing procedures, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and establishing clear, effective routings for existing products.
