Job Overview
This job involves leading and coordinating the development of manufacturing processes for both new and existing products, focusing on enhancing productivity, safety, quality, and efficiency. The role requires collaboration with various teams including engineering, sales, and quality to manage equipment needs, tooling, and technical issues. Key responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, developing new manufacturing plans, implementing cost-saving and quality improvement measures, and maintaining ISO standard documentation. A Day In The Life
- Be a Safety Champion : Lead with a safety-first mindset, ensuring all projects and tasks meet our rigorous safety standards.
- Drive Innovation : From the ground up, design and refine manufacturing processes for exciting new projects. Get hands-on with equipment procurement, tooling, and coordination to set the stage for groundbreaking products.
- Boost Efficiency & Quality : Implement cost-saving measures and quality enhancements that make a real difference. Embrace new technologies, automation, and lean practices to elevate our operational excellence.
- Solve Problems Creatively : Tackle technical challenges on the shop floor with savvy and resourcefulness. Work closely with our Quality Department to root out issues and deploy effective solutions.
- Collaborate and Influence : Work across a spectrum of departments like Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure a cohesive and proactive manufacturing environment.
- Document & Standardize : Develop and maintain critical manufacturing procedures, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and establishing clear, effective routings for existing products.
