Manufacturing Engineer
Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 per year

About the Job: This role helps improve how cable and harness products are built. The goal is to make sure the work is done the right way, on time, and with good quality.
What You Will Do

Help the factory with technical support

Fix problems and improve processes

Create work instructions and simple drawings

Set up tools and equipment for production

Read and follow customer drawings and requirements

Make sure the right parts and materials are used

Help reduce waste and control costs

Work with customers and team members to solve issues

Make sure all work meets quality standards
What You Need
-
Engineering degree or similar experience
-
6+ years in electronics or electro-mechanical manufacturing
-
Ability to read drawings and follow details
-
Good communication skills
-
Strong attention to detail

Basic computer and math skills
