We seek a dynamic Manager to steer our Supply Chain Manufacturing initiatives toward the future of operational excellence and innovative digital solutions.

Your key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead high-performing teams, working closely with executive-level client personnel to analyze and enhance functional areas of the supply chain.
• Drive digital transformation within manufacturing functions.
• Optimize processes related to manufacturing and warehousing.
• Implement comprehensive management frameworks for operations.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or business.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in digital manufacturing and supply chain consulting.
• Experience with plant startups and line initiatives.
• Willingness to travel extensively (60-80% of the time) and a valid driver's license and passport.
• Expertise in digital manufacturing, emerging technologies, and operational excellence.

Ideally, you'll also have

• A master's degree focusing on engineering or business.
• Deep knowledge in areas like continuous improvement, manufacturing strategy, and contract manufacturing management.
• Experience with Integrated Work Systems (IWS), LEAN, and Six Sigma methodologies.
