US Marina Group/Latitude is a leading marina management company with over 30 years of experience in marina and boatyard operations.
Role Description
We have 2 full-time Marina Management positions--1 based in Stuart and one based in Dania Beach. The Marina Manager will oversee daily marina operations, manage staff, ensure the safety and efficiency of vessel operations, and implement best practices to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability. Other responsibilities include supervising maintenance, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, and collaborating with different departments to support marina growth and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Marine Operations and Vessel Operations
- Proven expertise in the Marine Industry and Maritime practices
- Strong Operations Management skills, including team leadership and resource allocation
- Familiarity with compliance and safety standards in marina environments
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine Management, Business, or a related field is a plus
- Experience in marina layout, design, or construction is advantageous
