  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and subcontractor teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
  • Monitor project performance indicators and proactively implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in heavy civil and marine construction, with a strong track record in bridge, port, rail, and waterfront infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale projects (up to $2B), including DOT, public works, and private sector clients.
  • Deep technical expertise in marine and civil scopes such as pile driving, deep foundations, concrete placement, cofferdams, and steel/concrete girder erection.
  • Proficient in estimating and bidding complex civil projects, with a strong command of cost analysis, takeoffs, and proposal development.
  • Advanced skills in project scheduling, resource planning, and construction management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, HCSS, HeavyBid).
  • Proven leadership in directing multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and field operations with a focus on safety, quality, and performance.
