As a Market Leader, take charge of leading multiple Area Leaders and their restaurant teams. Your responsibility is to keep operations running at the highest leveldriving sales, profitability, and unforgettable guest experience. The Market Leader is a key leadership role reporting directly to the Regional Director

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage multi-unit leaders who oversee multiple restaurants, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards across all locations.

Drive operational performance across the market, including sales, profitability, and guest experience.

Set high standards for service mindset, influencing Area Leaders and their teams to prioritize guest experience and operational excellence.

Establish clear goals and accountability, ensuring Area Leaders and General Managers meet performance metrics and deliver results.

Foster diversity and inclusion within the market by modeling inclusive practices and holding teams accountable for creating equitable environments.

Develop and mentor multi-unit leaders and their teams, assessing talent, creating feedback loops, and supporting professional growth and succession planning.

Create an environment that supports innovation and agility, embracing change and encouraging reasonable risk-taking to achieve key initiatives.

Model emotional resilience and adaptability, maintaining composure under pressure and guiding teams through challenges effectively.

Analyze market trends and business data to identify opportunities and implement strategic initiatives.

Collaborate cross-functionally with support teams to ensure alignment and resource optimization.

Champion a culture of inclusion, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations across all locations.

Represent CAVA in the community and support local marketing efforts.

The Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.

Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and team engagement.

Willingness to travel within the market and work a flexible schedule.

Ability to analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to travel between locations regularly.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Comfortable working in varying temperatures and near open flames.

Must maintain constant communication and awareness in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to bend and reach overhead often

Must possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipment

Must be comfortable working in temperatures ranging from hot to cold

Must be comfortable working near open flames

Must maintain near constant communication with multiple people

Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision are required

Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

May be required to occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions

May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
