Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Overview
The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will help accelerate our next stage of growth. You'll own performance marketing for our DTC business - connecting creative, media, and data - to drive efficient customer acquisition and lifetime value. You'll also collaborate closely with our retail and marketplace teams to ensure cohesive growth strategies across all sales channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across paid channels including, but not limited to, Meta, TikTok, Google, Reddit, AppLovin, CTV and other emerging platforms.
- Scale and optimize acquisition programs with a focus on efficiency, experimentation, and sustainable growth.
- Manage full-funnel performance - from creative testing and audience strategy to landing page optimization and conversion performance.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and large language models (LLMs) to streamline campaign ideation, creative iteration, and audience insights.
- Explore automation opportunities in reporting, creative analysis, and A / B testing using AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Growth to set priorities, design experiments, and surface actionable insights to leadership.
- Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Product, and Lifecycle teams to build cohesive campaigns that connect brand storytelling with measurable performance.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance weekly, identifying opportunities to improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
- Test, learn, and iterate quickly - identifying new channels, creative formats, tools, and technologies to expand our reach.
- Operate with a startup mindset : resourceful, data-informed, and comfortable moving fast in a dynamic environment.
