Key Responsibilities

Audit the marketing funnel to identify gaps and performance opportunities

Design and execute structured experimentation roadmaps for lead generation and enrollment growth

Establish KPIs and deliver playbooks for sustained growth beyond the contract period

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing

Proven experience running structured growth experiments across acquisition and conversion funnels

Strong analytical ability to define metrics and track performance

Experience optimizing landing pages and email nurture flows for conversion

Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics
