Marketing Consultant
Location: Minneapolis (4 days per week in office)
Team: Product and Consumer Marketing
Compensation: $30-45/hr DOQ
As a Product & Consumer Marketing Consultant, you will develop and execute marketing communications that promote key products or services to two primary audiences:
Clients and prospects
Internal sales or advisory teams
Your mission is to increase awareness, understanding, and adoption of assigned products by creating effective marketing strategies, campaigns, and materials that resonate with each audience.
Qualifications
Must‑Haves
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Marketing experience, ideally in product or campaign marketing.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe tools, and social media management platforms.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and current marketing trends.
Nice‑to‑Haves
Experience in financial services or another regulated industry.
Background leading large‑scale marketing initiatives or cross‑functional projects.
Experience with tools such as Adobe Workfront, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
