Position Summary
: The Multifamily Marketing Coordinator supports marketing initiatives across Wilks
Development’s multifamily portfolio. This role works closely with the property management executive
team, onsite property managers, and the internal marketing department to ensure each community’s
branding and marketing efforts are consistent, engaging, and effective in driving occupancy and
retention for both stabilized and lease-up properties.
Key Roles / Responsibilities:
- Draft Serve as the primary marketing liaison between the property management executive team,
onsite property managers, and the marketing department; participate in regularly scheduled
meetings to review performance and discuss upcoming initiatives. - Identify and present marketing opportunities and traffic generation strategies to attract and
retain residents. - Support the launch of new community lease-ups, including 3D floorplans, virtual tours, websites,
paid digital campaigns, social media accounts, and ILS advertising. - Perform regular audits of each community’s digital presence and implement updates as needed.
- Maintain and update property listings across all digital platforms, including RealPage and
Internet Listing Services (ILS) such as Zillow and - Manage the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials, promotional
merchandise, and branded collateral. - Create or edit graphic materials using approved brand assets and templates; collaborate with the
creative team for more complex projects. - Support the social media team by providing timely property updates, photos, promotions, and
resident stories. - Assist in planning and coordinating quarterly photography shoots, including scheduling
communications and securing talent (residents or models). - Monitor lead generation, campaign and onsite performance using analytics from Google
AdWords, Knock and other analytics tools; compile monthly reports for the internal team; help
identify trends and areas for improvement. - Ensure advertising placements and deadlines are met by coordinating with internal team, media
outlets, and vendors. - Assist property management with local community outreach and partnership efforts.
- Utilize project management tools to manage tasks, track workflows, communicate updates, and
enhance cross-functional coordination. - Help the department head maintain and track marketing budgets for each community.
- Manage project timelines to ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate marketing or property management marketing (multifamily
experience preferred). - Strong understanding of comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional
platforms. - Proficiency with RealPage or equivalent real estate software, and familiarity with major ILS
platforms. - Knowledge of Fair Housing and HUD policies as they relate to marketing.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable approach within a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
- Bending, lifting, climbing, pushing, pulling, kneeling, sitting stand, walk, kneel, stoop, squat, pull, push, climb, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, and see and standing (occasionally) for long periods of time.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Positions self to install equipment, including under desks.
- Moves throughout the building to access files.
- Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions.
- Must be able to complete tasks even with frequent interruptions.
- Must be able to use discretion and independent judgment as needed.
- Must be able to speak clearly on the phone and to fellow workers.
