At ZLINE, we are dedicated to providing an unmatched customer experience, which is why every new hire completes 30 days of customer experience training before beginning their department?specific onboarding. This hands?on approach to training is proven to be the most effective way to build product and company knowledge that applies across all roles.

The Content Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing ZLINEs content across key digital channels to drive engagement, brand awareness, and revenue. This role is highly collaborative, working closely with the marketing, creative, and e?commerce teams to ensure content is on?brand, timely, and performance?driven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own all email marketing campaigns from concept through deployment, including list segmentation, template design, copy support, QA / testing, and ongoing performance reporting with clear takeaways and next steps.
  • Develop and manage content plans for ZLINEs core channelssuch as YouTube, Vimeo, our website, and additional platformsensuring each piece of content supports broader campaign goals and product priorities.
  • Coordinate content for paid advertising channels, ensuring the right assets, messaging, and formats are delivered on time for platforms like Meta, Google, and retail media networks, while partnering with the performance marketing team to optimize based on results.
  • Undergo product training to better understand value propositions, audience segmentation, and the nuances of our product line.
  • Work with Digital Marketing Managers to develop an integrated content strategy for delivering content, with frequent use of graphic design, creative copywriting, and other necessary skills required for creating and managing captivating marketing assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree preferred - Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or relevant degree
  • Proficiency required on the following systems : Microsoft Office, macOS, Google Workspace Applications, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency required with the following : Email Marketing Strategy, Email Marketing Platforms, Graphic Design (Adobe Suite, Canva)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for marketing copywriting in various contexts.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and a keen eye for attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks at once with minimal direction and ensure tasks are being completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Proficiency with the following is a huge plus but not required : Social Media Marketing, CMS Experience (Squarespace & Shopify), AdRoll, Salesforce Pardot, YouTube Video Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics

    • Working Hours & Hours of Operation

    Monday Thursday 8 : 30?am 5 : 30?pm with a 1?hour lunch, Friday 8 : 00?am 4 : 30?pm with a 30?minute lunch
