Growth Marketing Manager
Mesh Systems ("Mesh") is seeking to hire a Growth Marketing Manager to own the execution of demand programs that generate net-new leads and marketing-sourced sales opportunities.
This role is focused on execution, ownership, and measurable outcomes. You will design and run marketing programs that generate new interest, nurture early-stage leads, and ultimately source net-new deals for the business. You'll be hands-on across paid media, outbound campaigns, webinars, website optimization, and HubSpot workflows, owning programs from idea through execution, reporting, and optimization.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Marketing and working closely with Business Development and Partnerships. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating with partial structure, enjoys testing and iterating, and is motivated by tying marketing efforts directly to revenue impact.
While the primary focus of this role is generating net-new opportunities, demand programs may also support existing opportunities through air cover, events, or partner activity as part of broader go-to-market efforts.
This position is full-time and includes a base salary plus performance-based incentive compensation tied to net-new leads and marketing-sourced deals created. KPIs will be defined in partnership with the Director of Marketing and aligned to annual team revenue goals. The role is envisioned as a hybrid work environment based in Carmel, IN.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute growth marketing programs with a clear objective of sourcing net-new deals through a balanced mix of inbound and outbound campaigns
- Manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and content syndication to drive qualified interest and pipeline
- Build, segment, and manage outbound prospecting campaigns in HubSpot, nurturing leads until sales engagement is warranted
- Develop and optimize lead nurture workflows to re-engage inbound leads and dormant contacts
- Plan, promote, execute, and follow up on webinars as a core demand generation channel
- Own campaign and program reporting in HubSpot, tracking performance from lead engagement through sourced opportunities
- Use performance data to continuously refine targeting, messaging, channels, and campaign strategy in support of revenue goals
- Provide support to Sales- or partner-led initiatives when aligned with active demand generation programs, including light campaign air cover or coordination as needed
