Are you ready to take on an exciting leadership role with America's leading window & door company? Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Event Marketing Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will be required to split your time between the office and travel to various events, home shows and retail locations. While in the office, you will assist with building the team and researching and scheduling events. While out of the office you will assist with coaching and developing teammates. In this role you will also assist with new hire classes and ongoing training and development. Average annual earnings range from $50,000-$100,000, including base pay and performance-based bonuses.
