[job_card.job_description]Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (Master's degree a plus). 5+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or title insurance information segment or the public record information services industry. Familiarity with B2B dynamics within the title insurance marketplace a major plus. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, creative content, and presentation skills. Analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities. Ability to travel up to 20% as needed to attend important external events, onsite management meetings, or to meet with key customers.
Overview
As Property Insight’s Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, including branding, event management, and lead generation to promote Property Insight’s products and services. You will work closely with Sales and Product Management to help define critical value propositions and promote consistent external messaging. The role reports to the VP, Sales & Marketing.
Duties
- Strategy Development - Create and implement marketing plans to achieve the company's business objectives.
- Market Research - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, existing and newly launched offerings by competitors.
- Branding - Manage and enhance the company's brand image and positioning in the market.
- Trade Show and Event Management - identify opportunities to showcase the brand and introduce products and services to generate leads, network in target markets, and build brand awareness. Budget and plan logistics to produce successful events with ROI.
- Content Creation - Oversee the creation of content such as white papers, articles, reports, and infographics to showcase the company's expertise.
- Digital Marketing - Utilize digital channels (website, social media, email) to reach the target audience cost effectively, nurture brand, and develop leads.
- Lead Generation and Management - Develop strategies to generate leads and nurture them into customers.
- Product Promotion - Promote the company's products and services through various marketing channels.
- Sales Support & Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing materials that promote key value proposition(s) and support for lead conversion.
- Budget Management - Build and manage the marketing budget efficiently and track ROI on key initiatives.
- Analytics - Analyze marketing data and key performance indicators to optimize strategies and refine or terminate current activities accordingly.
- Team Leadership - Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Communication -Collaborate with internal teams and communicate marketing strategies and results to senior management. Buttress PI brand by promoting internally to drive awareness and organizational support.
- Customer Engagement - Develop strategies to engage and retain customers through loyalty programs and customer feedback initiatives such as the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Compliance - Ensure marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
