Position Overview
The Director of Marketing & Growth is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for building CAFs full marketing engine, driving demand generation, expanding digital revenue, strengthening brand identity, and ensuring tight execution across teams. This role blends strategy, creativity, data-driven decision making, and operational leadership to elevate CAFs presence across the U.S., Europe, and online channels.
You will shape the companys marketing strategy, oversee execution, and ensure measurable contribution toward company OKRs and growth initiatives.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead development and execution of CAFs marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company OKRs and long-term growth plans.
- Build a predictable lead generation engine supporting Europe and emerging U.S. vertical markets.
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across all customer segments and channels.
- Manage CAFs eCommerce growth strategy and collaborate with external and internal partners.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams to deliver cohesive go-to-market execution.
- Own the marketing budget, forecasting, and ROI reporting to senior leadership.
- Manage, coach, and develop a small internal marketing team and external agencies.
- Represent CAF at key tradeshows and industry events, including NACS.
