Product Marketing enables our teams to explain and demonstrate how Akamai stays ahead of our customers needs at the edge of innovation. Partner with the best

You will work with a vast product portfolio and top customers from different industries. Being the subject-matter expert on the cloud computing market, trends, and steering our teams to capitalize on our unique differentiation. Collaborating cross-functionally to support customers with our market leading cloud products with unlimited opportunities for learning.

As Senior Director of Cloud Product Marketing, you will be responsible for :

• Understanding the cloud computing market to build and maintain addressable market research to steer go-to-market strategies
• Managing all aspects of the go-to-market strategy for our cloud computing, security, and delivery products
• Engaging IT decision makers while working closely with developer advocates to influence developers to build on Akamai
• Partnering with Product Management and Sales Leaders to drive strategic insights and opportunities
• Crafting clear and engaging story lines that articulate Akamais differentiation and alignment to business imperatives
• Coordinating content, messaging, and event strategies with global marketing team to engage customers and prospects to achieve business targets
• Using data and research to evaluate impact, and push for continuous improvement that shows measurable business results
• Leading a diverse team to bring stories to life through narratives, digital content, data visualizations and tools

Compensation

Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary for this position ranges from $165,100 - $342,900 / year; a candidates salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
