We’re seeking a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to support a leading industry company’s team in Virginia Beach, VA . This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead customer engagement strategies for a dynamic organization. Director, Lifecycle Marketing Responsibilities :
Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies spanning all stages of the customer journey, from acquisition to reactivation.
Design targeted campaigns leveraging behavioral, transactional, and demographic insights to increase customer interaction and conversion rates.
Manage the creation and deployment of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns, including email, SMS, in-app messaging, push notifications, and paid media retargeting, with an emphasis on automation.
Analyze key performance metrics such as churn, customer lifetime value, engagement, and repeat purchases to identify growth opportunities.
Continuously test and refine messaging, timing, and channel mix through A / B and multivariate testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
Director, Lifecycle Marketing Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
Over 10 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth marketing roles.
Demonstrated success in improving customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value with measurable results.
Proficiency with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Google Analytics.
Practical experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Iterable.
Strong communication abilities combined with a customer-focused approach.
Capacity to juggle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This role balances strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring innovative thinking, technical skills, and analytical prowess to improve customer loyalty and engagement. Key KPIs include customer retention, lifetime value, and engagement metrics.
